# RealPG Public Development

> RealPG is publicly building and testing an Objective-to-Reality operating layer: carrying a company objective through execution, external evidence, and learning.

This is a public development experiment, not a finished autonomous company or a claim of general Objective Runtime capability. Current Mail evidence is one canonical Objective reaching durable external Reality; a second-company repeat is PARTIAL_COMPOUNDING with materially lower observed closure cost. Arbitrary-packet generalization, inbound self-closing, and broad autonomy remain unproven.

## Objective-to-Reality mechanism

- **Flow:** Objective → Context / Authority → Execution → external Reality → Learning → next Objective.
- **Context:** background and memory needed to decide.
- **Reality:** records of what actually happened.
- **Authority:** who may decide what.
- **Objectives:** what to achieve and protect.
- **Execution:** action tied to an objective.
- **Learning:** verified behavior change carried forward.

- **Reality Evidence** (`/reality/`): Bounded archive of external observations, interpretations, counters, outcomes, and unknowns.
- **Problem Run** (`/problem-run`): Browser-local interactive Reality laboratory that maps one Human-reported operational problem into unknowns, possible causes, evidence needed, and small Reality checks. It does not verify the report or research the web.

## Reality Evidence subsystem

Reality Evidence is a read-only subsystem and public corpus. Start with the Reality directory to choose a current case representation. Evidence distinguishes observations, interpretations, counters, outcomes, and unknowns; current r2 revisions are provenance audits, not new Product outcomes.

## Research Chronicle

The OPEN [AI drift Control Plane Chronicle](/development/notes/ai-can-be-wrong-company-still-correct-v0/) records two bounded drift incidents and proposes, but does not claim to have implemented, one executable Change lifecycle. The Research Chronicle is a static public causal research record of evidence-grounded changes in RealPG's system understanding, architecture, external Reality, and verified or unfinished learning. It remains distinct from the read-only Reality Evidence subsystem.
